Good morning, hope everyone had a great weekend and is ready for the new season. Below is the updated schedule. I am looking to add 1 to 2 more meet. Once they come out I will add them. If you are planning on going to these meets, register soon before the prices go up. T- 13 days! Update schedule 12/4. Tampa, Fl 12/17- PVM Alumni Christmas in the Sand, Miami, Fl 1/7- pole Vault in paradise- key West, Fl https://kwtfc.org/pole-vault-in-paradise/ 1/13,14,15 -Pole Vault Summit- Reno NV https://polevaultsummit.com Uniforms- We are preparing uniforms for this year. In a few weeks I will have all the info for the uniforms and will start getting sizes for the first order. Preseason- Oct. 17th, 19th, 24th and 26th. From 5 to 6:30. We will start preseason conditioning at Tropical Park hill. Nothing is mandatory, come if and/or when you can. I will be at the west side of the hill. We will be working on speed, acceleration, agility, and a few pole vault drills. It will help hey everyone back into it without the temptation of the pit watching us. See everyone soon!
